Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Hoodiebags, we operate with a highly efficient fulfillment system to ensure your hoodies reach you as quickly as possible. Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, there is a limited window of opportunity to make changes or cancellations.

  1. Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Before Fulfillment: If the order has not yet entered the printing or packaging stage, we can process a full refund immediately.
  • After Fulfillment: Once an order has been processed by our warehouse team (typically after the 12-hour mark), we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after the package arrives.
  1. Order Modifications

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to modify your order, please contact us at support@hoodiebags.com as soon as possible.

2.1. Address Changes

We can update your shipping address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Hoodiebags is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer if the request for change was made after dispatch.

2.2. Product Changes (Size, Color, or Style)

If you realized you selected the wrong size or color for your hoodie:

  • Contact us within the 12-hour window.
  • If the price of the new item is different, we will either refund the difference or send an invoice for the remaining balance before shipping.
  • If the order has already entered production, we cannot change the item details.
  1. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To ensure your request is handled promptly, please follow these steps:

  1. Email: Send an email to support@hoodiebags.com.
  2. Subject Line: Use “CANCELLATION – [Your Order Number]” or “MODIFICATION – [Your Order Number]”.
  3. Details: Clearly state what needs to be changed (e.g., “Change shipping address to…”) or that you wish to cancel the entire order.
  1. Refund Process for Cancellations

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
  • The funds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
  1. Items Already Shipped

If your order has already been picked up by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we cannot stop the delivery. You may refuse the package at the time of delivery or return it to us (unopened) according to our 30-day return window. Please note that original shipping costs ($6.99) are non-refundable for items that have already been dispatched.
